As part of AACR’s scientific program, we’ll present new validation results for our Digital Drug Assignment (DDA) platform. Commercially known as Genomate, this AI-driven system translates comprehensive tumor genomic profiles into ranked treatment recommendations tailored to each individual.

This study demonstrates how DDA accurately predicted treatment outcomes across 1,151 patient-derived xenograft (PDX) experiments involving 178 tumors. These findings build on previous clinical trial validation from the SHIVA01 study and further underscore the potential of DDA to deliver faster, more effective, and scalable personalized cancer care.
